I must confess, I fell off the wagon and gained any weight I had lost back on. I've not felt well off and on for the last month and knew it was time. I need to do something about my weight.
So, I joined Weight Watchers online again! I'll post my "Before" photo later. But here is my journal of day #1:
I didn't eat all of my points today. I felt awful, which is what prompted me to join in the first place.
What did I eat today:
Breakfast:
2 - Schwan's apple biscuits
Sunkist Orange Pop - Don't ask!
Lunch:
Light Yoplait Lemon Yogurt
Nectarine
Dinner:
Hot Dog with Bun
Watermelon
Milk
Snack:
Skinny Cow Mint Ice Cream Sandwich
I didn't feel hungry all day, partly because of how I felt. I did not drink my water for today. I took a before photo and measurements to compare to as I go through this journey yet again. All in all a good first day!
